AceShowbizRihanna has been added to the cast lineup for “Black Panther 2“, according to Google. Report has been spreading on the Internet that the Barbadian-born singer will be starring in the follow-up to the 2018 movie after Google lists her among cast members for the upcoming sequel.

Jordan, Letitia Wright, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong’o, Angela Bassett, Winston Duke and Martin Freeman. While it’s unclear where Google has got its source from, this has got Navy excited.

Neither Marvel nor Rihanna has responded to the casting speculation, but E! News has shut down the rumors. According to the site, the “Umbrella” hitmaker has not been cast in the upcoming film.

“Black Panther 2” is reportedly set to start filming in Atlanta in July and last for upwards of six months. While Michael B. Wright’s Shuri is said to have a more prominent role in the upcoming feature following the death of Chadwick Boseman, who took on the lead role in the first movie. Additionally, “Narcos: Mexico” actor Tenoch Huerta is reportedly in talks to play one of the antagonists.

Fox NFL Sunday cast sacked from studio over COVID concerns

The “Fox NFL Sunday” cast will not be in studio when the network’s pregame show kicks off ahead of the Week 11 slate over COVID-19 concerns, Fox Sports announced Saturday.

So, no Curt Menefee, Terry Bradshaw or Michael Strahan in studio. Instead viewers will tune in to Chris Myers, Charles Woodson and Reggie Bush. Some members of the regular cast “will appear via remote,” the network said.

“In accordance with CDC guidance, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health safety guidelines — and out of an abundance of caution for our team — Sunday’s FOX NFL KICKOFF and FOX NFL SUNDAY pregame shows from our Los Angeles studio will not include their regular casts,” Fox said in a statement.

It’s unclear what precipitated the move.

Fox made a similar move earlier this month with its college football pregame crew, including analyst and former coach Urban Meyer, who announced a week later that he had tested positive for COVID-19.

Hollyoaks fining cast and crew £1,000 if they catch coronavirus and force soap set to shutdown

HOLLYOAKS has outraged its stars by hitting anyone who catches coronavirus with a £1,000 fine.

The soap has told its cast and crew they will be hammered with the stiff penalty if they're forced to quarantine because of the disease.

A source told The Sun that at least one member of the cast has already been asked to hand over a grand since being forced into self-isolation.

The insider explained that the policy has sparked uproar on set – with many insisting it's nobody's fault if they come down with Covid.

They explained: "Hollyoaks, like all soaps, need their stars to adhere to strict guidelines to keep them safe on set and the talent are urged not to take risks in their home lives.

"However, it's not that easy so they've come up with what seems like a deterrent to stop people taking the mick.

"The cast have been warned they face a fine of £1,000 if they are forced to quarantine because of coronavirus."

Hollyoaks is filmed on a special set on the outskirts of Liverpool, where mass coronavirus testing has been taking place.

Under current government rules, people who comes into close contact with someone with coronavirus must isolate for 14 days – even if they test negative themselves.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson is currently unable to leave Downing Street after being near an MP who tested positive.

The insider added that Hollyoaks bosses were keen that Covid does not disrupt filming.

They said: "Each quarantine period is two weeks and this means that filming schedules could need to be rejigged – causing upheaval and extra work. And obviously there is the risk to others working on the show.

"So to try and minimise this they've told the cast they'll be dishing them out where necessary.

"Everyone is talking about it. At least one of the stars has already been told they're going to be getting fined.

"It's outraged a lot of people. No one wants to quarantine or catch it – so it's not exactly intentional."

The Sun has contacted a rep for Hollyoaks for comment.

The Channel 4 soap, which airs first-look episodes on E4, has been among the more resilient shows on TV during the first lockdown, staying on air until the end of July.

Classic episodes were screened in its place before new shows began in September.

XOXO! Meet the Cast of the New 'Gossip Girl'

Spotted on the Met steps: The cast of the new Gossip Girl imitating Serena and Blair.

In November 2020, the cast of HBO Max’s upcoming series was photographed spending time outside the Metropolitan Museum in New York City, much like the original cast did during the original CW series, which aired from 2007 to 2012.

The new show, set eight years after the events of the first wrapped up, follows a group of private school teens on the Upper East Side as they’re “introduced to social surveillance,” per the streaming service.

“As we get closer, we can kind of roll out details of what exactly is going to be the same and tie us to the original show,” cocreator Josh Schwartz told Us Weekly exclusively in August 2019, noting that there are a lot of advantages to working with HBO Max. “I think we’re excited to tell a different version of the story and different levels of restrictions. It won’t be button-pushing just for the sake of just being able to do it. Maybe a couple ‘s–ts’ we’ll throw in there, just because we can. … You never want to do something just because. Luckily, we’re now airing post-Euphoria, so anything we do is tame by comparison.”

The original cast — Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester — will not be featured in the new series, and the new cast are not related to the OGs either.

“We covered so much ground the first time around, you would have seen all the relatives,” executive producer Joshua Safran told Us in December 2019. “Kids is not possible because they were, like, 15 when we started, so they wouldn’t have kids in high school now. As for relatives, we went so deep into the family history, there are no relatives left! But that isn’t to say that people won’t pop in.”

Although not all character descriptions have been released, get to know the new cast of Gossip Girl below.

‘Dexter’ Cast: Where Are They Now?

Here for a bloody good time! Dexter is truly a one-of-a-kind series and it had an unforgettable eight-season run on Showtime.

The series, developed by James Manos Jr. and based on author Jeff Lindsay’s novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter, aired between 2006 to 2013. The acclaimed series follows Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a man who works with the Miami police but is secretly a serial killer who goes after other murderers.

Hall starred alongside Jennifer Carpenter (Debra Morgan), David Zayas (Angel Batista), James Remar (Harry Morgan), C.S. Lee (Vince Masuka), Luna Lauren Velez (María LaGuerta), Desmond Harrington (Joey Quinn), Julie Benz (Rita Bennett) and many more throughout the eight seasons.

In 2011, he opened up about how he enjoyed playing such a layered character. “An actor — me — who is preoccupied with cultivating a sense of authenticity … playing someone who claims to be without the capacity for authenticity, emotionally or otherwise, who’s always pretending. In a way, it was liberating to let go of that preoccupation — ‘Does this feel right? Does this feel authentic? Am I telling the truth here?’” the Six Feet Under alum told NPR at the time. “Playing someone who, as far as he was concerned, was always stimulating his behavior. Dexter was an actor of sorts.”

Hall has previously teased the possibility of revisiting the once-popular series. “People on the street are always telling me about the talk of a Dexter reboot,” he said in 2018 to Variety. “There’ve been little percolations, but nothing that’s felt worth pursuing.”

Though the Peep World actor didn’t “have any immediate, definitive plans to do any of that” at the time, it was announced in October 2020 that Dexter would be revived at Showtime as a limited series. Filming is scheduled to begin in the winter of 2020, and the show is set to debut during the fall 2021 TV season.

“Dexter is such a special series, both for its millions of fans and for Showtime, as this breakthrough show helped put our network on the map many years ago,” Gary Levine, the president of Showtime, said in a statement at the time. “We would only revisit this unique character if we could find a creative take that was truly worthy of the brilliant, original series.”

Levine added, “Well, I am happy to report that [original executive producer] Clyde Phillips and Michael C. Hall have found it, and we can’t wait to shoot it and show it to the world!”

Scroll down to see what the cast has been up to since the series initially ended.

The Cast of Netflix's ‘Grand Army’ Struggled So Hard to Learn These Popular TikTok Dances

There’s nothing I find more entertaining than watching the process of celebrities learning TikTok dances. I’ve seen what I look like in the mirror while I’m trying to teach myself how to do one of those 15-second routines…and it’s not the cutest. The feeling of knowing that famous people do very normal and sort of strange things like us regulars is just oddly amusing and satisfying.

Soo0, on that note, you can probably imagine that Cosmo’s series TikTok Challenge Challenge is just the most pleasant viewing experience. On this, yet another delightful episode, we had the cast of Netflix’s Grand Army join us, where they had to acquire knowledge in some trendy TikTok choreo in just 60 seconds. Aaand then have it mastered after that time. NBD, amirite?

Maliq was also pretty good too, considering his dance was a lil complicated. Odessa struggled a bit with her dance but still got through it! But who was named champ? Watch the rest to find out and stream Grand Army on Netflix now.

How much do the cast of This Is Us get paid?

WHEN This Is Us launched back in 2016, no one could have expected the meteoric success it would have.

Fast forward four years and five seasons of the hit show, and the cast are now VERY rich people indeed.

  • The best series on Amazon Prime
  • The best movies on Amazon Prime

How much do the cast of This Is Us get paid?

Milo Ventimiglia

Pay per episode: $250K (£193K)

Net worth: $12M (£9.2K)

Milo was one of the more famous faces when he started on the show.

Fans of Gilmore Girls will of course know him as Rory Gilmore's love interest and Luke Danes's nephew Jess Mariano.

He was later known for playing Peter Petrelli on the NBC series Heroes from 2006 to 2010.

When he first joined the show he was on £85K (£66K), so he has seen a significant pay rise over the years.

Mandy Moore

Pay per episode: $250K

Net worth: $10M (£7.7M)

Mandy was also famous before the show – not only as an actress, but also a singer.

The star has proved her worth on the show, as she has to constantly switch between her character Rebecca's ages during each episode.

Fans of This Is Us will know that series involves flashbacks from the late 70s, leading up to present day, and Mandy will sometimes be playing Rebecca in her 20s and then, in the next scene, she'll be in her 60s.

So deservingly her pay has gone up from $75K (£58K) in season 1 to $250K by 2020.

She has won praise for playing Rebecca, which has included winning a SAG award and being nominated for an Emmy and a Golden Globe.

Justin Hartley

Pay per episode: $250K

Net worth: $7M (£5.4M)

The hunky Justin is worth a pretty penny thanks to This Is Us.

Before landing the role of Kevin Pearson, he was known for starring in daytime soap The Young And The Restless.

He now can command $250K an episode, after receiving $40K in season 1.

Chrissy Metz

Pay per episode: $250K

Net worth: $7M

Before she landed the role of Kate Pearson on This Is Us, Chrissy famously had less than a dollar in her bank account.

The actress had previously only had small roles in shows like American Horror Story and Entourage.

Fast forward four years, and she is one very rich woman.

Like Justin, she was paid $40K per episode, but that has increased to a whopping $250K.

Sterling K. Brown

Pay per episode: $250K

Net worth: $10M

Sterling plays Randall – doting father and councilman, who was adopted by Jack and Rebecca at birth.

Apart from This Is Us, Sterling is known for playing Christopher Darden in the FX series The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story (2016).

He was one of the more well known actors of the five, and, like Mandy, was paid $75K in season 1.

When is the release date for season 5 of This Is Us?

This Is Us returned to Amazon Prime Video UK on October 28, 2020.

A new episode will then drop every Wednesday, a day after it has screened in the US.

In America it will be screened every Tuesday on NBC at 9pm ET.
